New Customer Access Portal Opens!
Intermax has added a new client database and account management system that will be a benefit to customers and Intermax alike. This will allow you access to your account online to manage your payments and account information. This portal will be adding functionality to manage your own email accounts, access your VOIP settings, and ultimately to track your usage and monitor your network health.
We've sent an email to customers letting them know about how to access the new portal and information on setting up their accounts. That can happen at any time using the email account we have on file as the primary account holder.
For safety and security reasons we are not sending any credit card or ACH payment information by email, and are asking you to update that payment information to the most current account for you. Regardless of how you have been paying thus far, we encourage ACH (or direct payment from your bank account) as the most secure transaction and the best way to reduce the increasing costs of credit card fees.
