Customer Support Manager Position Available
We are searching for a management level people person to manage technical customer support calls with existing customers, and drive our growing Internet Service Provider business. The best candidate will be one who is naturally good-natured, communicates effectively, speaks clearly in person and on the phone, writes well, and cuts through problems to get to core resolutions.
Work with a proactive team to make a fast-growing internet service provider even more efficient, stable, and reliable. We will look to you to communicate with customers every day primarily by phone, owning customer concerns and problems and managing staff resources to successfully resolve them.
This position includes considerable technical communications. Your experience with consumer based computers, networks, and routers (wireless and wired) will be important and helpful.
Intermax Networks was formed in 2001 and has built the largest private microwave data network in North Idaho. Intermax serves residential customers and commercial businesses with large capacity high-speed internet and Digital Phone (VOIP). Our main office is in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, serving all of Kootenai and Bonner County.
Must work well in a team environment and present a professional, pleasant appearance and personality. This is a full time position with benefits.
