Joe Hollingsworth maintains Intermax operations at private cable head end installations and enterprise client locations along with ongoing support of Intermax's residential and commercial clients. Besides having immense understanding of major operating systems, he stays current with the advances in computer and information technology so when there is an issue it can be resolved quickly. Joe lends his talent to the North Idaho Computer Users Group where he has acted as Vice President. He also designs, modifies, and repairs computer systems as well as doing web and graphic design in his spare time. In addition to many other technology based interests, Joe hosts his own online gaming resource and directory. Joe has lived in the northwest all of his life and has deep roots to the community. He is an avid artist, writer and music lover.

 


Letha Elmore relocated to Coeur d'Alene from Dallas, Texas in September 2007 and started working for Intermax Networks in December 2007. She has extensive bookkeeping and accounting experience managing growing companies and excels in customer service. Her philosophy is that good customer service makes a great company.

 


Michael Morris graduated from Oregon State University in 1993 with a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. Michael grew up in Bend, Orgeon, where he returned after his education to start Empire Net, Inc. an Internet Service Provider. This company was sold after five years due to the customer base and technology acquired by Michael. After moving to the North Idaho area in 2001, Michael was one of the start-up owners of Intermax Networks, Inc. and has done work on all aspects of the business. Today, Michael is in the Sales Engineering role and works with the sales team to deliver broadband services to businesses and residences throughout North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

 


Mike Kennedy has had entrepreneurial experience with several business startups since 1993 including serving as founding Vice-President of Sales and marketing for ApplyYourself, a software company delivering web-based admission applications for colleges and universities. Also, Mike worked in marketing and sales management in the insurance technology sector for two companies, AMS Services, and XDimensional Technologies. Mike graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1990 with a BA degree.

Mike is a 1998 graduate of the Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Coeur d'Alene program and has served on the Board of Directors for the Cd'A Library Foundation and the Summer Theater, among other community activities. Additionally, Mike is a founding board member of Catholic Charities of Idaho, and serves on the board for the North Idaho Housing Coalition. In 2005, Mike was elected to a four-year term of service on the Coeur d'Alene City Council.

 


Paul Allen is one of the original founders of Intermax Networks and has a broad base of information industry experience in a variety of settings. His background includes management positions at Rockwell International working on the Space Shuttle program, at the Boeing Company developing MRP II systems, at Optical Profile - a startup developing high precision optical grade machining systems, and at General Electric as an industrial automation product development specialist. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of California and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University. Paul has lived in the Northwest for 15 years and is an avid fisherman.

 


Tanner was born and raised in the Sandpoint/Coeur d'Alene area where he developed a love for the outdoors. During school at Sandpoint High School and the University of Idaho Tanner studied computer electronics, robotics, and networking. He is a certified Net+ and Motorola Canopy operator and has worked at Intermax for over 3 years supplying the company with solid knowledge and implementation of wireless installations and maintenance. An avid musician and gamer Tanner loves a challenge and always has a smile on his face while learning something new.
