Request a Static IP Address
Our network supplies a dynamic public address by default to all DHCP requests for an IP address so the large majority of communications needs can be met without the need for a static public assignment.
If your application does require a static address then up to two static IP addresses can be requested via this form. Requests for more than two or for a block of addresses can be made through your account representative or by calling our Customer Support center.
Your request will take up to 3 business days to process. Your IP assignment details or any questions that we may have will be directed to the contact information on this form so be sure to supply that information accurately.
